Week 7 of Shoot & Edit- Edit

Here are my edits for this week- I tried to go with something soft - something "baby-ish"- this picture didn't need much editing at all. Both pictures were taken near a window in my house- if you look good at the catch lights in my god daughter's eyes, you can see the window reflected.

My first initial edit:
Photobucket
What I did:
* In PSE7, I downloaded a curves action from Every Day Elements- I was impressed! Anyway, I did a color adjustment in it. (Website is on the left side of blog under the Favorites)
* Ran Coffee Shop's action, Baby Powder Room where I softened her skin just a little
* Because I wanted to see what the pic would look like in a portrait position, I flipped it and liked the look.

My second edit:
Photobucket
What I did:
* My goal was to create softness, so I tried PW Lovely & Ethereal.

My last edit:
Photobucket
I just HAD to try out the selective coloring : )

Next Picture:
Photobucket
What I did:
* Ran the Baby Powder Room Action- not too much to do. I thought her eyes looked great and didn't want her to appear to be a zombie or too much like plastic. Very little editing on this one. Yay!!! lol
