The theme for this week's Shoot and Edit is "Hearts".
One day, I was reading and just happen to remove my wedding rings and place them on top of my open Bible to avoid loosing them. They slid to the crease in the middle and I noticed the heart from the shadow. I thought it was pretty cool that it was my wedding rings which speak of love and commitment. Anyway, I was reminded of that incident last week and decided to photograph it for the challenge. This scripture is found in Songs of Solomon and its one my husband shared with me when we began talking to each other. We were 17 and in our Senior year of High School- thus the date November 23, 1989- 21 years ago. This year we will celebrate our 19th Wedding Anniversary and I can honestly say that many waters (test and trials) cannot quench love and neither can floods drown it...
This is the original thought I had for this week, so since I had my Bible for the first pic, I went ahead and snapped this one, too.
